Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once your order has been prepared and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

All orders are shipped via USPS. Delivery times vary based on destination and USPS service conditions.

Hawai‘i: Typically 2–5 business days after shipment
Mainland U.S.: Typically 5–10 business days after shipment

Free Shipping

We offer free shipping on all orders over $70 USD (before taxes and after discounts), applied automatically at checkout.

Local Fulfillment

All orders are packed and fulfilled on Kaua‘i by Kaua‘i Growers Exchange, supporting local infrastructure while ensuring careful handling from our island to your home.

Shipping Rates

For orders under $70, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order size, weight, and delivery location.

Damaged Items

We stand behind the quality of our products. If your order arrives damaged, we will gladly replace the affected items. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the damaged product and packaging so we can make it right.

Delivery Issues

Once an order has been handed off to USPS, Italfoods Kaua‘i is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or delivery errors caused by the carrier. However, we will always do our best to assist you in resolving any issues.
