While we don’t accept returns, your experience matters deeply to us. If your order arrives damaged or if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Please reach out within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Your order number

• Photos of the item(s) and packaging

We’ll take care of it and ensure a proper replacement is arranged.

Shipping & Delivery

Once your order has been handed off to the carrier, delivery is managed by USPS. While delays or issues are outside of our control, we’re always happy to assist in any way we can.
